Hideous Yoko Ono Bites Lennon

Yoko Ono, an ugly offensive woman of incomprehensible greed, is now trying to put a young talented girl out of business.
The woman, who so spectacularly pussy whipped John Lennon, is now suing Suicide Girl, outstanding musician, and wannabe Alaskan crab fisherman Lennon Murphy for copyright infringement. Never mind that it was her parents who gave her the name--- in honor of the Beatle no less.
Lennon Murphy is one of the most underrated musicians around. In a time of pop princess posers she is a headbanging breath of fresh air:Of course the aural outpourings of intensity from Lennon Murphy are insignificant when put next to the legendary pretentious crap of Yoko Ono:
Although Miss Murphy has been using her god given name since she started performing at age 14, Yoko claims she is misleadingly representing herself, causing confusion in the marketplace, and tarnishing John Lennon’s name.
I think we are all aware that John Lennon has passed on, and other than the possible exception of Shirley McClain, none of us think Murphy might be a reincarnated Beatle.Besides, the only thing that ever tarnished John Lennon's name was hooking up with the Ono Bitch.
I know it may be hard for Yoko to believe, but the musical world no longer revolves around the Beatles. I don't want to offend anyone—but a lot of us are pretty sick of being forced to listen to their stuff, as it is constantly piped into elevators and waiting rooms.
But Yoko has nothing better to do with her degenerate life, other than collect the $21 million the John Lennon Estate brings in each year, and fuck with a girl, who has more in common with her deceased husband, than she ever has.Lennon Murphy says she does not have the $50,000 it takes to hire a lawyer to defend herself against the Hippie Witch.
However I hope it helps that John's son, Julian Lennon, is supporting Miss Murphy.
Lets hope that Yoko's lawsuit withers in the same way her pruny face has.Just the same, imagine there was no Yoko.
Imagine it if you can.

Hi Becky,
Yoko Ono was the unheralded avant garde artist wannabe who was actually a reject of the Japanese Kabuki playhouse.
I believe up to now that the whole sweet wife baloney she portrayed herself to be when John was alive was simply a waiting game to get her hands on his bank accounts.
Still, she's not satisfied with $ 21 million annually and would sue an upcoming singer who was actually baptized as Lennon? How can the courts even consider such a case?
There are some people I truly want to see get struck by lightning. She can be first. --Durano, done!
I'll have to chek her out, thanks for the pointer. It'll be something to listen to while I generate swill.
;)
While I, too, agree The Beatles are overplayed, I am comforted in the knowledge that it is their songs that are seemingly ever-present, and not the "tunes" recorded by Ms. Ono.
And if you've never heard her 'work' consider yourself fortunate.
Wow. That's beyond asanine. Do you really think John Lennon would be happy with this though? Having his shrew of a wife trying to squash a talented young musician's career just because her first name is the same as his last name? Honestly, does she really have a case here?

Heh, there are a lot of people who say that just a few inches to the left or right was the difference between "hero" and "villian" for Mark David Chapman.
Dear Friends
A musician named Lennon Murphy is claiming that Yoko Ono has sued her and that Yoko is seeking to stop Lennon Murphy from performing under her name, Lennon Murphy. Both of these claims are untrue.
Several years ago, Lennon Murphy sought Yoko's permission to do her performances under her name, Lennon Murphy. Yoko, of course, did not object to her request. Subsequently, without Yoko's knowledge, Lennon Murphy filed an application in the United States trademark Office requesting the exclusive right to utilize the name "Lennon" for musical performances. Yoko's attorneys asked Lennon Murphy's attorneys and manager to withdraw her registration of exclusivity to the name LENNON for the trademark. Yoko also offered to cover all costs Lennon Murphy had incurred in filing for the trademark. But Lennon Murphy went ahead to register.
Yoko did not sue Lennon Murphy, but sought to stop her from getting the exclusive right to the name Lennon for performance purposes. For that, Yoko's attorneys, simply notified the Trademark office that Yoko did not believe it was fair that Ms. Murphy be granted the exclusive right to the "Lennon" trademark in relation to musical and entertainment services. As you can see, this is a very important issue for Yoko and the Lennon family.
Yoko says: "I am really hurt if people thought that I told a young artist to not use her own name in her performances and had sought to sue her. I did no such thing. I hope this allegation will be cleared."
Thank you for your kind attention,
Yoko
Yoko,
Thanks for stopping by.
Now come on, this did not come out of thin air. Your lawyers have either sent a cease and desist order, filed something administratively, a notice with court, a lawsuit, etc.
But if you are so agreeable, I suggest you leave the lawyers behind and personally contact Miss Murphy. Apparently there was a statute of limitations issue and your lawyers did get nasty, as they tend to do. But they don't do things like this with out the approval of their client.
It is really a stupid thing to get worked up over. As you point out the girls name is Lennon. I think a court would rule that she can't be stopped from using her first name--but it is not exclusive--we all know there was a John Lennon, and no one is going to get confused about this.
There is a pattern of you showing up on the scene and there are all kinds of legal problems and personal acrimony. The whole case of the Beatles dissolution is proof enough.
It is just the same old Boomer attitude of "It's mind, I don't care, you better not touch it and I am not going to budge an inch"--whether it is Bill Gates or George Bush. But everyone is pretty sick of it.
This time why don't you break the pattern and work this out the easy way.
I hope to soon hear a report that this has been amicably settled, with minimal input from the lawyers.

The good news is that all the publicity this is getting should get the girl a lot more listeners. Yoko probably just did her a huge favor.
I feel like presenting something in a fair minded non-provocative way.
You are wrong.
Your hatred for Ono is deeply irrational, on par with the will to throw vegetables at deformed people in the town square.
You didn't do the necessary research and instead gave kudos to the very litigious money-grubber, Murphy (or her handlers), that you tarred Ono as being.
Its funny to see you insist on personal failure on Ono's part anyway, as if you know she didn't make any efforts to avoid litigation, to cover your ass and not admit your mistakes in your follow up comment.
The lesson - do better research. Or hate Yoko less so your not so keen to filter information as her being evil. I became immune from this popular prejudice after listening to some of her interviews with John about the topic of relationships in various documentaries.
I also dislike all I've heard of Ono's music. But then again - I don't think she was trying to make likable music - it was more experimental art. Like most of us, I don't experiment with experimental art. I also feel Murphy's music is so uninspiring that it belongs in a time capsule of mid-nineties chick rock. But maybe theres a good song in there thats just been overproduced to sound like generic rock pap to me.
pps - I feel somewhat ashamed that this, my first comment, is so critical - I like your writing - and its very engaging - and I'm the type of character who will nary give an encouraging word but start of with something critical. So in short. I still like you very much.
I don't like Yoko Ono either, but this Lennon Murphy girl is stupid. What the hell gives her the right to try to get a copyright on the name Lennon? It seems perfectly reasonable to me that Yoko would want to stop this little chick from obtaining a patent on the name. John Lennon did have two sons, both of whom are also musicians. Should Julian and Sean not be allowed to perform under their legal names because this nobody chick thinks she should have exclusive rights to it? I would get an injunction against her too.
Everyone needs to be careful about believing Yoko's "public" statement. In 1998 she tried to prevent Julian Lennon's "Photograph Smile" from being distributed by some companies and made sure Sean's "Into the Sun" was released the same day. She is a master at manipulating companies and media. She probably withdrew this latest attempt of control because of the bad press she was getting.
Do you know seal cegel? I like it.
My brother often go to the internet bar to buy sealonline cegel and play it.
After school, He likes playing games using these seal online cegel with his friends.
I do not like to play it. Because I think that it not only costs much money but also spend much time. One day, he give me many cheap seal cegeland play the game with me.
I came to the bar following him and found buy seal online cegelwas so cheap. After that, I also go to play game with him.
You claim to call yourself a feminist, yet you are too young to have any memories of how Yoko staked out the cause of feminism in the 60s and 70s. Why should Lennon Murphy have the sole rights to the name "Lennon"? Your opinions are right in line with so-called Beatards. Do your research and don't be so freakin ignorant.
Bu-bye...
I think YOKO employed someone here to defend for her by using different names. I think she is uggly and evil minded. Her music was only good because of the music made by john lennon. after john's death, she couldn't produce anything like those ones.
