Trashed by an Obama Zealot

No More Miss Nice Girl

Becky I generally don't give a shout out to mean people that do not find me fetching, wise and cute. But today I am going to make an exception.

No More Mr. Nice Guy He says he is No More Mr. Nice Guy and calls himself Normaless, but he is really quite an exceptional ass.

Like so many of my readers, friends and casual sex partners, Normaless can not fathom why I am not head over heels crushing on Barack Obama.

By Love BetrayedAnd of all things, he attributes my lack of fashionable political taste, and obstinate ignorance, to sexual orientation.

Blogcatalog Today, for the first time in several days, I checked out my homepage on Blogcatalog and found that Normal Ass had publicly left this message for me:

"I guess you didn't vote Obama. Ashame. If he's tyranny, well hopefully he'll round up all you 'gay' people and happily espirit you to some galaxy far far away. What's he suppose to say: gays need marriage at all costs. I am special interest candidate. Put up a gay Prez candidate then talk to me. "

Dumbass By the way, Mr. No More Mr. Nice Guy—witticisms are usually funnier when big words like “esprit” are correctly spelled and properly used.

Now I am not suggesting that this progressive peanut brain is typical of Obama supporters, but it just goes to show that the Republican Party does not have a monopoly on offensiveness.

Barack Obama Tyranny The homepage tagging was spurred by my post Barack Obama: Tyranny You Can Believe In, wherein I expressed my concerns that the actual deeds of Barack Obama, despite the inspiring words and wonderful promises, do not show him to be much of a friend of freedom and liberty. But, I didn't mention anything about gay marriage—not that at other times I have not been a lonely gay girl crying in the wilderness on how the failure of The One to lift a finger in opposition to Proposition 8 was the single biggest cause of its approval by California voters.

Obama gay marriage And that pissed me off more than the Mormons—because Obama did the LGBT pander song and dance, and everyone is STILL believing it—just like he promised to never vote for an extension of the Patriot Act—but did--and was going to filibuster the FISA bill, but decided to vote for it instead—and then all the other stuff I have occasionally harped on.

I am just concerned this is not the kind of change I can believe in—but I have no choice but to let President Barack Obama prove me wrong--and I actually hope the new boss does just that.

Photobucket However , when I get gay bashing nastygrams from Obamiacs like Normaless—it makes it harder to be Miss Nice Girl.

A bit of advise Becky...Restrain yourself from "shouting out to mean people" like you do to normaless here. It says as much about what a weak mind you have as it does about what an exceptional ass normaless is. I think we are all about to be disappointed in Barack, but we do not resort to fatuous arguements to beat up on his supporters.

Need I remind you of your "I won't get fooled again" blog where you seem to admit that your disappointment with Barack is a function of your sexual orientation? There's nothing wrong with that! Why do you make a hypocrite of yourself now by pretending that this "tyranny you can believe in " Blog is all you say on the subject and choose to ignore the "fooled again" blog in a vain effort to defend your objectivity???

Becky, once upon a time I was a 'feature' on Yahoo/360 -- I got more than my share of nutters.

I fell back on Henry Ford II's statement: "Never complain; never explain...."

It works for me.

Good morning Teacher,

Good to see he doesn't crush your spirit. I feel there is something dirty about Prop. 8, but can't quite put my finger on it. "There is a weed that needs to be pulled"

In the immortal words of Towelie: "I have no idea what's going on."

And on a happier note, since you're in AZ do you have any suggestions for replacing McLame in 2 years? Well-liked Republicans with strong libertarian leanings?

Oh guys I don't care so much about Normal Ass--he is just a convenient target through which to make an observation by tossing a quiche pie his direction, with the hope a bit of it splatters on wannabe homosexual killer Al Franken, the fellow who, depending on how the recounts go this time, may tip the balance of normative ideological power in this great country. Isn't it a marvelous wonder how those salt of the frozen earth folks in Minnesota can consistently come up all those characters?

Franken would be unbelievable, but the real embarrassment from Minnesota is Michele Bachmann.

Oh, OK, guess I commented before the whole post went through.

Gays and lesbians aren't the only ones blindly following Obama. Pagans are doing it to, much to my disgust.

I still think we need a NONE OF THE ABOVE.

I'm rooting for Franken. He comes across to me as an honest jewish liberal. Not my idea of the great libertarian hope, but anyone who can knock that Warmonger Israel-firster Norm Coleman out sure has my best wishes. Coleman and his neocon ilk are the ones who are raping this country and pilfering our wealth down a middle east rathole.

Finally got to read your post:

Sorry my spelling dissappointted...
I am a guessin' your perfection as a human being goes to the level of spelling diety...How special.

As to Obama:

How about him becoming actually Prez before you throw all the stones you have in 'Zona at him. Making policy usually takes time, give him at least the benefit of the Oath of Office before you hammer him to death over stuff.

We know you are a God and things would be so much better if you ran the country, I'd like to think that too, but get off the soap box of Prop 8 and any number of issues... it's politics, as usual, as it will ALWAYS be.

But the damage to America has been done.

If you want an issue: TAKE CHINA. They will be the most dominant economic power in the next 50 years, thanks in large part to our American Companies setting up sweat shops reminiscient (spelling again) of 1880's Upton Sinclair's Jungle.

Granted, those poor farmers were absolutely miserable. Now, they are just pathetic. Maybe even mediocre compared to us. Have no rights though...can't speak out, can't have those dreaded multiple children, but they can work for us paid or not.

But lo, America gave them automotive, electronic, furniture, toys and other amazing tech. Even their military is coming along....which is a problem.

China threatened to liquidate 1.3T in U.S. Debt holdings in Aug 2007 if we didn't stop putting tariffs on their Made in China through American tech goods. (Even those that were killing pets and contaminated...) They made us blink.

They are supporting Sudan, Iran, Venzuela and other not so friendly regimes...watch how the next 5-15 years unfold. We will have to address it soon, before, alas, the American Empire of DEBT and CONSERVATISM swallows us all.

Meanwhile, we consume too much, learn too little and have people here that can't focus on REAL issues. Instead, we wasted valuable time under the Bush regime on gay marriage and other not so fucking important and pressing things.

Granted, if it were in my power (AND IT AIN'T), you'd have your marriage and rights to property, etc. But Christ, do you think that is going to rebuild America??? You think all those cornfed, bible thumping, queer hating Midwestern idiots (of which I am a representative of in locale only) are going to just let you a come a courtin' their little girl? Want you as their same sex in law? Talk about your friction...you couldn't get enough lubricate to ease the tensions you'd have in some of these backwater towns, that are falling apart as is...another BIG problem.

If you want to be taken seriously, how about cleaning up this site. I mean, a pic here or there might justify the goofy sex traffic, but seriously...you're a fucking lawyer. How 'bout you act like a fucking lawyer with some sense about you.

You're a smart girl. Policy wonk. Yada Yada Yada. Fine. Do something with your high horsepower brain besides lecture me. IF you only knew my story, you'd be able to see how inane any discussion is over this stuff.

I've been a prisoner of the state. Seen a rape 1st hand. Seen really bad people do things to other men you ain't even weird enough to understand. And I hated it all - but was subjected to it nonetheless.

I'm not an Obama fanatic. He's as flawed as the flawed system that elected him is....But he's got brains to spare, and it shouldn't be hard to see that, and I tend to think he sees A BIGGER FOREST amongst the BUSHES we've been resurrecting as some barrier to happiness. If he does only ONE BIG thing right, that the stars above.
